Washing
Fully owned washing facility using REACH compliance substance and Turkish pumice stones. QC check for color shade, handfeel and measurement against buyer’s standard.
Tumble Dryer
Temperature setting / control according to different fabric texture to create soft handfeel touch.
Finishing
Use automatic and semi-automatic buttoning and riveting machines. All germents are inspected and trimmed before washing.
Pressing
Pressing equipments including steam iron, Hoffman pressing machine and Big Jim Blower. Big Jim Blower creates a smooth, natural and comfort wearing property.
Quality Control
Our qualified technical team provide customers with in-line and final quality check as well as after sales services. Quality check are based on AQL 2.5 standard. Inspection report are available for customers reference.
Sample Division
Using Gerber & PGM pattern making system. The sample division employs 6 pattern makers & 20 skilful sewing operators monthly produce 1,000 units pf proto, fitting and salesman samples.
